what is the reason of database initialize failure after installation SDH management software

After install the SDH multi-service software,why the database initialize failure?

SDH multiplexer database initilize error

The reason is that the SDH management software is installed in C disk.The file folder EZVIEW permission is not enough.Please make the folder with full permission.The problem will be resolved.
