Shanghai Baudcom Communication Device Co., Ltd guarantee that all products' warranty for at least twelve (12) months from the date of shipment.Some devices' warranty time is THREE years and FIVE years. During the warranty period, Baudcom will, at its discretion, either repair
or replace products which proved to be defective.
Shanghai Baudcom Communication Device Co., Ltd. also guarantees an availability of
spare parts (excluding computer system) for a period of at least 10 years from the date of delivery.
In the event that any spare part becomes discontinued, obsolete or unavailable in its original form
during this period, then equipment spare parts, fully compatible with the previous type and giving
the same or superior performance, shall made available.
