The 25G SFP28 DAC Copper Cable is based on the SFP28 form factor and is directly connected to the DAC cable for in-rack connections between servers and switches. The 25Gbe SFP28 copper cable complies with the open source SFF-8402 MSA standard to ensure 100% compatibility with SFP28 devices based on the standard. The 25G DAC SFP Module has a transmission rate of up to 25Gbps, lower power consumption, and a maximum transmission distance of up to 5m, designed to meet the growing demand for higher bandwidth in data centers. The SFP28 DAC cable is connected to the 25Gbe SFP28 port of the switch at one site and to the 25G SFP28 port of the switch/server at the other site. The 25g sfp28 copper cable has a zinc die-cast backshell and an improved hot-swappable design with excellent EMI/EMC performance and minimal insertion loss.

SFP28 Direct Attach Cables are compliant with SFF-8432 and SFF-8402 specifications. Various choices of wire gauge are available from 30 to 26 AWG with various choices of cable length (up to 5m).
